If you email us, we use your email and message only to reply, and delete them when no longer needed.

3. Our use of the YouTube API

This section is the responsibility of Michael Stalker as controller. He operates a private internal tool that uses the YouTube API Services to manage only his own YouTube channels. It is not offered to the public, and no other user's Google account is connected to it.

With permission granted through Google OAuth by the owner of our channels, the tool can:

OAuth access tokens are stored securely on systems we control and are used only for the actions above. API data is kept only as long as needed for channel management and reporting, and no longer than [RETENTION PERIOD].

By using our YouTube channels you are also subject to the YouTube Terms of Service. Google's handling of data is described in the Google Privacy Policy.

The channel owner can revoke this tool's access at any time from Google security settings. To ask for any stored data to be deleted, email [email protected].

4. Children

Bumble Tunes and Bobso are made for children. Their pages on this site contain no tracking, ads, embeds or forms, and we do not knowingly collect any data from children. On YouTube those videos are marked "Made for Kids".

5. Your rights

Under the GDPR you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction or portability of your data, and object to processing. Contact [email protected]. You may complain to the Estonian Data Protection Inspectorate (Andmekaitse Inspektsioon, aki.ee).
